What we are doing is telemedicine and guiding people through a process of helping them deal with the situation where they cannot leave their house and theres a therapy i do called ketamine therapy. Its an amazing therapy. We put an iv in and give them a medication that turns the depression pathway off and helps reset ptsd. Ive been using ketamine for 18 years. We started using it for ptsd and its been an amazing experience. Now what i am doing is mailing a ketamine lozenge to put in your mouth and through telemedicine we do exercises where we coach and guide people through relaxation techniques and weve been having a wonderful supporting system at this time. Whenever bad things happen to us that leads us to change our life and its unpleasant at the moment but then when you look five or 10 years back at that moment it usually led to change and positive things and a lot of times you go kind of glad that happened and it was unpleasant at the time. What i tried to get people to connect to a moment in the future where everything will be okay. We see people Walking Around and connect to the moment when you will be okay in the future and then try to bring that moment into the present. Ive been doing this with people and know we will get our country back online. People will start to go back to work at some point hopefully relatively soon and another thing we do a lot of is a lot of breathing and yoga techniques and these are interesting things people can do in their own home and so i am quite hopeful that people will be able to get their Mental Health back but when they are stuck we have solutions for them. I wanted to ask you if people are adapting to not being able to come into a room and sit with their therapist across the couch or across the room and have that physical contact. You are doing this online. Our people more or less adapting to this new technique out of necessity necessity. Yes. It is surprising how well people are adapting. Every person i know is doing video because now and with that being said we have decided that we have patience in chronic pain and all kinds of patience with ptsd.
