I can tell you guys it is an absolute mess here outside of the marriott. I want to take you to it because it is quite visual. See a stream of water just coming from the building. It is actually kind of soothing, sounds like one of those water fountains that you hear, you know, and you have inside of your home. But basically were told from the Fire Department that there is some kind of external pipe outside of the building that started to leak. And as you can see, it is just gushing water just out of the building, flooding the basement as well as the lobby where work remembers really trying to contain that and clean up that. We are told though fortunately , this is not affecting any of the guest rooms. So just the lobby, as well as the basement, it did have the opportunity to speak to some guests, walking in and out. They say that they were actually told to stay in their rooms, as the hotel tries to deal with this mess. So considerably ongoing here, but in addition, people who are driving to work also dealing with some issues today , very icy conditions, people are waking up and checking on their cars. The Fire Department was called out to the marriott at 12th and market, because of a burst pipe. Now this pipe burst in the area of the basement and the lobby area, and so no guest rooms are affected. And guests were just directed to stay in their rooms, as workers cleaned up the lobby and also this main area where the cars really the main area affected with the water flowing, as were been seeing it is now slowed to a stop here. Sixtyone year old del dray lane died saturday morning after his north philadelphia home caught fire.
