LA man sent to prison for gunning down Utah motorist in unprovoked 2019 attack

Jonathan Mendoza Llana, of Los Angeles, was sentenced to at least 25 years and up to life in prison for randomly gunning down a Utah man who was driving to Idaho in 2019.
