LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- A spate of criminal activity and violent incidents involving guns and shootings in Lakewood led city leaders to hold a recent virtual town hall meeting to update residents on policing efforts and policies in the community.
“The community safety meeting was a great forum to educate the citizens of Lakewood on how the police department deters, detects and responds to crime in our community,” Lakewood Police Chief Kevin Kaucheck said.
