Landmarks commission approves renovation plans for historic Queens Lane home
The historically significant home at 201 Queens Lane will be renovated, while a non-historic home next door will be demolished to add a guest house.

A historic home on Queens Lane was approved for renovations Wednesday by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, while a non-historic home on a neighboring parcel will be demolished at the request of its owners.
Jon and Liza Mauck, who own both homes, plan to combine their properties at 201 and 221 Queens Lane to add a two-story guest house on one parcel of land and a two-story pool house on the other.
