Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Mindtree become one merged entity

Merger of Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Mindtree has received approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT); Mindtree shareholders to be allotted LTI shares in the ratio of 73 shares for every 100 shares of Mindtree.
