Las Vegas driver with 19 tickets who killed bicyclist could get probation

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A Las Vegas man with 19 previous traffic citations, who admitted to killing a bicyclist last year, agreed to plead guilty Wednesday with the understanding a judge could sentence him to probation or a minimum of a year in prison.
