Linn County Attorney: Officer-involved shooting on New Year's Day was justified

Five Cedar Rapids officers fired 63 rounds at the driver of a vehicle after he led them on a high-speed chase while firing an AR-15 at them in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day. A new report from the Linn County Attorney says those officers were justified in their use of deadly force.
