Little Rock Public Radio, which includes stations KUAR-FM, 89.1, and KLRE-FM, 90.5, and serves greater Central Arkansas, was out of service from before 5 a.m. to around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday due to a technical issue, according to Jonathan Seaborn, the radio stations' general manager.
