A Providence man visited the North Kingstown police headquarters Friday, told the police he'd delivered packages to a residence in town but denied urinating on the packages, as the resident had claimed to the police.
Despite the denial, Ivan A. Jimenez, 38, of 9 Erastus Street, Apt. #2, was charged with one count of vandalism, a misdemeanor, according to the North Kingstown police.
