A MAN performed high-speed "doughnuts" in his car and smashed another vehicle's windscreen with tins of soup and beans amid an obsessive drugs binge, a court has heard.
Lee Hillick (24) was also caught doing handbrake turns on a city street and collided with a parked vehicle during further episodes.
He was banned from driving for two years, given 18 months probation and ordered to complete 100 hours community service.
