Man who fatally set himself on fire outside Manhattan courthouse has both kidneys donated

Action News Jax has learned that Maxwell Azzarello, who died of self-inflicted burns near the Manhattan courthouse, was registered as an organ donor and both his kidneys have been donated to two people.
