It won't be long now before the school year is out for many kids in the Kansas City area, however, big changes are coming Monday for some of our largest school districts.
In the letter to parents, district officials said: "In compliance with the expired health orders, masks will no longer be required in the LSR7 school district, pre-k through adult, regardless of vaccination status."
The Jackson County Health Department and the CDC suggest that those who are not vaccinated should continue to wear masks.
