Marcos grants 'lifeline' for ecozone applicants

(UPDATE) To bolster employment opportunities in the National Capital Region (NCR) and other areas, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has granted a second chance to applicants with 'Pre-Qualification Clearances' from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) to create new economic zones in Metro Manila.
