The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Blade Nzimande, has hailed the achievements of Square Kilometre Array (SKA) South Africa project as a fitting way to mark Africa Day. Today marks 10 years since the decision for South Africa and Australia to host the SKA, the massive international radio astronomy initiative which, on completion, will be the world's largest radio telescope.
