LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — A Minnesota man with a history of gun violence is charged with a shooting in Lafayette on Sunday. 29-year-old Robert Lee Williams was arrested shortly after the shooting at Ninth and Ferry Streets. The victim was shot in the buttocks.
According to police, Williams was located in a bar on Union Street. A handgun in his car was loaded but missing a single round.
