Teen hit and killed on a bike by a Moline police squad car identified
The Moline Police Department has revealed that an officer was responding to a call when a squad car hit a 13 year old bicyclist on 34th Street.

MOLINE, Ill. — Moline Police confirmed one of its officers was involved in a fatal accident after a squad car hit a 13 year old boy on a bike south of the 1100 block of Moline's 34th Street at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday.
One day after the collision, the teen was identified as Charles W. Hubbard, a former student of Wilson Middle School in Moline.
