Most of ex-Portsmouth city manager's lawsuit against city dismissed — but attorneys say it's not over – The Virginian-Pilot

A judge has dismissed most of the counts in former City Manager Angel Jones's lawsuit against the city of Portsmouth that she filed following her termination last year. Only the breach of contract argument will be allowed to proceed.
