NCDRC Asks Mohali-based Country Coloniser to Refund Rs87.26 Lakh with 9% Interest to Homebuyer

The national consumer dispute redressal commission (NCDRC) has directed Mohali, Punjab-based Country Coloniser Pvt Ltd refund Rs87.26 lakh along with an interest of 9% to a homebuyer for failing to handover possession of her flat.
