On March 29, the Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) announced that North Dakota can apply to receive $4,549,772.25 to empower individuals and communities with the tools, skills, and opportunities they need to benefit from meaningful access to high-speed Internet.
