Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have become increasingly important in a rapidly growing business environment. Despite the importance of AI to customer relationship management (CRM) systems, there is a lack of comprehensive literature on the capabilities and effects of this platform. Based on a review of the literature, this study proposes four primary dimensions and twelve sub-dimensions of AI-Base CRM systems.
