Pursuant to Executive Order 203, Governor Cuomo directed all municipalities in New York State to submit a plan with suggestions on how to improve services and increase trust between the police and the community. To that end, the Town of New Castle Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative Committee (NCPRRC) is conducting a survey designed to gather feedback and gauge the public's experiences and opinions of the New Castle Police Department (NCPD) to inform our efforts to improve community policing in New Castle.
