New Elgin Symphony Orchestra CEO says he wants to reflect the city and 'people to have fun'

Marc Thayer took over as CEO of the Elgin Symphony Orchestra in July. He wants the organization to become a bigger part of the fabric of the city and changed the perception that the symphony is only for the elite.
