New England Patriots: Jerod Mayo's promotion could inspire Boston youth

Mayo was announced as the first Black head coach in Patriots history, following in the footsteps of legendary Bill Russell, who in 1966 became the first Black coach of any major professional sports team in Boston when he coached the Celtics.
