New Windsor, Taneytown, Union Bridge and Westminster will use grant money to update park facilities

Four municipalities in Carroll County are slated to receive an equal share of $603,675 in state grants to put toward recreational and park projects. New Windsor, Taneytown, Union Bridge and Westminster will get $150,918 each in Program Open Space funding.
