Nexton received Gold Awards for Master-Planned Community of the Year and Best Brochure at the NAHB’s 2021 The Nationals Awards

Nexton, South Carolina’s most innovative and walkable community, was recognized as the top master-planned community in the U.S. by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
During NAHB’s 2021 Nationals virtual ceremony on March 5, Nexton received Gold Awards for Best Master-Planned Community in the U.S. and Best Brochure (Master-Planned Community). The community was also recognized with Silver Awards for Best Community Welcome Center and Best Signage.
