'No proof connecting Disha Ravi with perpetrators of R-Day violence' — what court said in bail order

New Delhi: A Delhi court Tuesday granted bail to 21-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi, arrested in connection with allegedly being involved in a “toolkit” shared by Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg on the ongoing farmer protests in India.
Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana granted relief to Ravi on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and two sureties of like amount.
According to senior Bengaluru Police officials, on 4 February, the Delhi Police Cyber Crime Cell registered an FIR against the creators of the ‘toolkit’, with the preliminary investigation claiming that the toolkit was devised by “pro-Khalistani” organisation Poetic Justice Foundation.
