Now-Deceased Casper Man's Suit Against Natrona County Jail Inches Toward Closure

In June 2020, a Casper man filed a lawsuit against the Natrona County Detention Center and staff asking for $10 million as retribution for neglecting to give him medication or treatment while he was suffering from bladder cancer. Mr. Allen died the following year, but his case is set to reach a settlement before 2024.
