OC doctor sentenced for illegally prescribing opioids to known drug addicts

Officials say Dzung Ahn Pham knowingly prescribed oxycodone, hydrocodone, amphetamine salts, and other controlled substances to people without a legitimate medical purpose, including to those who were drug addicts.
