OFCCP Statement on Affirmative Action Certification of Compliance

Via email bulletin, OFCCP reiterated that 2023 deadline for certification was June 29 and had not been extended. It will consider a contractor’s registration or certification timely if they have a pending request for assistance as of June 29.
