'Morality must begin from leader': SC quashes appointment of Sardar Patel varsity VC

The Supreme Court on Thursday quoted the principle of governance by Chanakaya in his Nitishastra, as it set aside the appointment of Vice Chancellor of Sardar Patel University in Gujarat.
