Pa. seniors seeking COVID-19 vaccines can get help
Updated 9:35 PM;
Senior citizens who are still trying to get the COVID-19 vaccines can find help in securing appointments and transportation.
The Pennsylvania Department of Aging is urging older residents who need help in finding appointments to contact their local Area Agency on Aging offices. Local agencies can also help seniors get rides to vaccine providers. (A full list of phone numbers is listed below.)
Earlier this week, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf expanded the COVID-19 vaccine distribution to include everyone over the age of 16. Vaccine providers across central Pennsylvania say they have appointments available.
