Petty sworn in for record 6th mayoral term; Worcester's most diverse council, School Committee take seats

Petty, the longest-serving mayor in the city's history, joined the rest of the City Council and the School Committee, along with a pandemic-trimmed guest list and slate of speakers, at Mechanics Hall for the city's official inauguration exercises.
