PH, China agree to discuss sea row 'through diplomacy' – DFA

MANILA, Philippines: The Philippines and China discussed ways to de-escalate tension in the South China Sea (SCS) and agreed to address incidents in the region, if any, 'through diplomacy,' the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Thursday.
