Planned solar farm near Wakefield, Virginia Diner draws opposition

The project area stretches from just south of Big Woods State Forest to about a half mile west of the town of Wakefield, home of Virginia Diner and the National Weather Service office. The solar farm would be on multiple sites across about 13 square miles.
