Portsmouth aims to relocate city jail by January

Portsmouth city leaders want to formally transition into the Hampton Roads Regional Jail by January. But Sheriff Michael Moore said he's aiming to move the process along even quicker to try and secure the facility and relocate before the start of the holiday season.
