Quinte West City Hall and Frankford Municipal Office will reopen to the public, Feb. 10. All visitors to City Hall are required to wear a non-surgical mask. A greeter will perform screenings and ensure that a limited number of people will be admitted into the building at a time to maintain safe physical distances.
The City urges people to continue doing business online or over the phone whenever possible. Some services will only be available on an appointment basis. If you are unsure whether a service will be available, please call ahead. If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.
