Rep. Schlossberg pitches $100 million in new mental health spending that includes social workers for police departments

Lehigh County Democratic Rep. Mike Schlossberg this week expects to unveil a proposal that would have the state earmark $100 million in new spending for mental health initiatives, including putting social workers in police departments.
