Resilient Infrastructure Group, a recognized leader in water as a service and focused on acquiring, developing and managing a portfolio of wastewater, water and related infrastructure assets in the U.S. and Canada, is pleased to announce its acquisition by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, on behalf of its clients. The acquisition will allow Resilient to continue building a diversified, multi-industry water platform operating in the multibillion-dollar distributed water and wastewater sectors, including wastewater treatment and reuse infrastructure, wastewater-to-renewable natural gas facilities and potable water infrastructure.
