Richardson Properties, LLC of North Little Rock has announced a 278-unit, $70 million expansion to The Pointe North Hills. The expansion of this development will be known as The Skyline at North Hills, where residents will be able to enjoy luxury in a four-story structure of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes.
