PORT ALLEN, La. (WAFB) - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) said all lanes are now open on La. Highway 1 southbound on the Intracoastal Bridge after a lane was closed because a joint had begun to fail.
The lane was closed for a few hours.
