Real Christmas trees were donated from across the borough, contributing towards patient care at the hospice
The very first Springhill Hospice Christmas tree collection was a huge success – resulting in collected trees being chipped up for mulch at the hospice.
In a new collection organised by Rebekah Cheshire, Springhill’s Events and Campaigns Fundraiser, real Christmas trees were donated from across the borough, contributing towards patient care at the hospice.
The trees were chipped up at Springhill, with the resulting mulch to be used on its award-winning grounds, part of the Rochdale In Bloom initiative, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
