Rochester man pleads guilty in district court to pornography charges

Arkady Pavlovich Pichurin pleaded guilty Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, to 10 felony charges. He also has entered guilty pleas in a federal court case and in expected to be sentenced in early 2022.
