Rogers OKs entertainment district to allow alcoholic beverages at Pinnacle Hills Promenade

ROGERS -- The City Council on Tuesday established a second entertainment district in the city, allowing alcoholic drinks to be sold and consumed throughout parts of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
