Rose Festival Treasure Hunt will kick off with four ‘spring training’ hunts for beginners

One of Portland's most iconic signs was given an inspirational upgrade Friday morning, April 24, 2020. The illuminated neon rose, which sits above the Portland Rose Festival Foundation's building on Tom McCall Waterfront Park, has had the word “hope” added on both sides of the sign to encourage Portlanders during the coronavirus pandemic.
