Saginaw Cinco de Mayo parade a festival of família, attendees say

Thousands of spectators gathered in the morning hours of Saturday, May 6, to watch about 100 parade entrants drive, dance, throw candy and play music down a 2-mile stretch of South Washington Avenue.
