ADAM CWIKLINSKI, 42, of Lord Grandison Way, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance on Lapsley Drive, Banbury, on September 21. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Hi driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
