Scheme aims too encourage Fenland's under-5s to take first step to library membership

Cambridgeshire Libraries has launched its First Steps Library Club (FSLC) for all 0-4s living in Fenland who are not yet library members.
Funded by the Fenland and East Cambridgeshire Opportunity Area, this project hopes to encourage all under-5s in the two districts to become active members of their local library service.
Once a FSLC member each child will be entered in a monthly Prize Draw to win a £50 High Street Voucher and can start collecting the three special First Steps Library Club Gifts.
