The Saskatchewan weekly crop report says 97 percent of spring seeding has been completed, province-wide. Seeding in the east central region sits at 94 percent. Saskatchewan Agriculture’s Matt Struthers says minimal precipitation and strong winds have reduced topsoil moisture conditions in all regions of Saskatchewan, even though there were small precipitation events throughout the province this week, with the Rhein area reporting 10 millimetres.
