Semiahmoo First Nation taken aback as B.C. biofuel plant loses Natural Resources backing

The federal Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has withdrawn its support for a controversial biofuel project in B.C.'s Lower Mainland that local residents have opposed over potential long-term effects on local air quality and ecosystems.
